Bank and Bagel Shop Unite with Promos for Community Volunteers

CLIENT: First National Bank and Daily Knead (a regionally franchised bagel shop)

PURPOSE: Volunteer Appreciation Gift

First National Bank and Daily Knead, a regionally franchised bagel shop, partnered together over 12 separate months to prepare more than 500 bagged breakfasts which were distributed to soup kitchens, shelters, and missions throughout the counties in each location they serve. 

Volunteers assemble, pack, and deliver the meals each month. The organizations wanted a collection of products they could hand out to volunteers as a thank you and make it easier to hand out meals.

Volunteers are required to record names and quantities of distributed meals, making it a priority to have customized pens available throughout the events. A pen made with recycled wheat was chosen because of the association with bagels and in support of their environmental initiatives.

Reusable drinkware highlighting  “I helped knead out hunger” was given as a small keepsake after the event.

Sturdy, eco-friendly bags were supplied for quick and easy drop-off for meals, and custom re-usable metal straws were provided to help support the reduction of waste and trash in their communities.
