How to Reorder a New Site Order

 

Reordering a Product Ordered from the NEW Executive Advertising Website

If you are trying to reorder a product you previously purchased from our redesigned storefront, www.ExecutiveAdvertising.com, we have streamlined the reorder process to make it easier and more convenient than ever to restock your promotional product supplies! Checkout our step by step guide located below the video

 

 

  • My Orders
    • Once your are logged into your account, it's time to find the product (and order) you need to repeat.
    • Under your account click the link for “My Orders” to be redirected to your Order History page. From here you can select the order you are trying to reorder.

 

 

  • Start The Reorder
    • The order details page from your previous order will list out all products and specs for that order. If the items from that order are available for reorder, you will see a yellow “Reorder item” button within the suborder section for that product.
    • By clicking the "Show Details link on the left side of the suborder, the customization options chosen for that previous order are displayed. This information includes the quantity, item color, imprint color and artwork, as well as shipping method and address.

3 Options for Reordering:

  • Reorder Single Item: If the product you need to reorder is part of a larger, muli-product order, no problem! Just click the yellow “Reorder Item” button located within the suborder information section of the product you want.
  • Reorder by Quote: If you need to get a quote on pricing before finalizing your reorder, you can click the grey “Reorder by Quote” button in the suborder section for that item. This also may be your only option if there has been a change to the item that doesn't allow your product to qualify for an exact reorder (item color no longer available, decoration method changed, minimum quantity changed, etc.)

 

 

  • Reorder All Items: If the order you want to repeat contains multiple products, and you want to reorder all products on the order, you can click the yellow “Reorder All Items” button located on the right side of the browser window under “Order Details”.

 

 

  • With all reorder methods, the products selected will be placed directly into your shopping (or quote) cart for checkout. All product selections from your previous order automatically carry over as well for your convenience.
  • A green notification bar will appear on the order summary page with a green “Continue to Checkout” button. Click this button to redirect you to your new shopping cart page.

 

 

Finalize the Order

  • From the shopping cart page, open up the ‘show details’ link to view all the product specifications that carried over from your previous order.
    • If anything needs to be changed - quantity, item color, imprint color, shipping address or method - you can do so from this page.
    • If nothing changes, an automatic note is added to the decoration section reiterating this order as an exact repeat of the previous order you selected.

 

 

 

  • Once you are happy with all product selections shown in your shopping cart, click the green “Continue to Checkout” button on the right side of your browser window. This will move you forward to the payment screen where you will finalize the order.

Production time do not include shipping transit times or artwork proofing times. On each product page you can enter your shipping zip code and see how long it takes for your order to be produced and ship to your location. Rush production options may also be available.
