Approving an Artwork Proof from Executive Advertising
Your Proof is Ready
After your order is placed with Executive Advertising, you will be emailed with a notification when your artwork proof is ready for review.
Click on the link in the email to be directed to your My Proofs page within your Ordering Account.
Ordering Account > My Proofs
Review any open proofs for any of your orders.
Click the green “Review My Proofs” button to start your review!
Review Your Proof
Use the green “View Next Image” button on the right to review each image within your proof. You can also use the thumbnail images on the left side of the viewing window to open each image.
IMPORTANT: You must view each image in order to submit your final proof approval.
Confirm Order Specs
Summary of Order Specifications (Item Color, Imprint Color, Imprint Location, Time the approval is needed by)
Review the accuracy of the artwork itself, including font style, spacing, spelling and layout.
How your artwork will look positioned on the custom product you've purchased. (Not 100% to scale)
Any changes made to your artwork will be listed here by your artist. They will also note any issues or concerns on how something will print.
After reviewing all images, you can note any specific changes that need to be made to your artwork. Once you click submit, those changes will be sent to your artist who will prepare a new proof for review.
Looks Good So Far
If no changes are required, click the “Looks Good So Far” button, and then the green “Submit” button to move to the final confirmation screen.
Ready to Approve!
Click I APPROVE and send your final approval.

What is an artwork proof?
An artwork proof is a digital rendering of how your logo or design will appear on the products that you have purchased. We send artwork proofs on ALL customized promotional product orders, even rush orders, to ensure your customized item looks JUST right before it is sent to production!
Is an artwork proof REQUIRED on all decorated/customized orders?
Yes! We require your artwork to be approved online within your ordering account before your order goes to production. Artwork proofs are typically sent within one business day.
How do I view my Artwork Proof?
You will receive an email when your artwork proof is ready for review. You can view your proof by logging into your Ordering Account and navigating to My Proofs.
My artwork looks small, can you make it bigger?
We maximize your artwork to the imprint area on all of our products, making sure your artwork is as large as possible within that printable space.
My artwork looks a little blurry in the proof, will it print that way?
We make sure that your promotional products artwork is not printed to any distortion, however, if you see anything in the artwork that doesn't seem right please DO NOT approve your artwork and request changes to be made. Always double check everything in your artwork proof before approving.
Can I request a Mockup of what my artwork will look like before I order?
Yes, we will be happy to add a free Artwork Mockup to your quote! Artwork Mockups are typically completed within one business day. Your proof will still need to be approved through your Ordering Account after you place your order. How do I request an artwork mockup?

Production times may vary depending on decoration methods, number of locations, and product type.
Production time do not include shipping transit times or artwork proofing times.
On each product page you can enter your shipping zip code and see how long it takes for your order to be produced and ship to your location.
Rush production options may also be available.
