Requesting Samples with Executive Advertising

Reviewing samples of products you are interested in is the best way to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect. Since actual product color, size and other attributes can vary from different inventory shipments, samples can be a perfect way to confirm exactly what you would be getting before you place a full order for decorated items. We strongly recommend samples for items you are considering. Sometimes website images are just not enough, and you need to touch and feel it to make sure it is exactly what you need!

Follow these easy steps to request your sample product with Executive Advertising:

• Select the Samples Tab on the product page you are interested in, specify the sample type and “Start Sample Order"
  • Random Samples will have a randomly printed logo to help you review imprint quality and size
  • Blank Samples will just be the sample itself.
  • We will make every effort to honor your request, but reserve the right to ship the closest option available if your specific request is not possible.

• Choose your Product Color. 
  • Products may have limits on the number of samples you can request.

• Complete Shipping Information
  • Your Account default shipping address will prefill for faster checkout.
  • Turnaround time for samples is typically 2 business days after the order is received.
  • Shipping will default to Ground. If a faster ship method is needed, click “Show More” to see available upgrade options.
  • Delivery date is an estimate only and is determined by the selections made during checkout.

• Add To Cart to be directed to your shopping cart to complete checkout or to add more samples.

Ordering Multiple Samples from the Same Location

• SAMPLE GROUPS
  • Sample Groups are New for 2021! Now it is easy to find samples that ship from the same warehouse to save money and time for your sample order.
  • Click “Add More Samples” to see other products that ship from the same warehouse as the sample in your cart.
    • A pop up window will appear with available products. Only Products within this pop up window can be added to your sample group and ship from the same warehouse.
  • From the pop up window, select the next sample to add to your sample group.
    • Select your Item color options and “Add Sample”.

• Sample Groups are identified by the grey “SAMPLE GROUP” text in your shopping cart
  • A list of products in your sample group are listed for quick review

• Complete Your Checkout
  • Once your sample or sample group is added to your cart, you can continue through the checkout process to complete your order.
