In mid-January, a few members of our Executive Advertising team attended the 2022 PPAI Expo in Las Vegas.

PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) is an association comprised of promotional product suppliers and distributors. PPAI provides industry partnerships, education, certifications, product safety awareness, media, and research to its members.

The annual PPAI Expo is an industry trade show that offers promotional product distributors the opportunity to advance education through sessions, meet new suppliers, strengthen relationships with current suppliers, and physically see thousands of new, trendy, or popular customizable promo items.

2022 Promotional Product Trends

As the Executive Advertising team made their way through hundreds of exhibitor booths on the show floor, they discovered these top Promotional Product Trends for the upcoming year:

Items incorporating natural looking materials, such as bamboo and cork
Drinkware that is multifunctional and can serve more than 1 purpose
Eco-friendly Bags and Totes made from recycled materials
Name brand, quality products that your company can customize with your logo

Promotional Products Enhanced with Natural-looking Materials

Natural materials are a trend across many industries, most notably in home décor and architecture. This year, we are seeing many promotional items incorporate cork, bamboo and woodgrain textures as an aesthetically pleasing way to stand out from your competition.
