First Step: Report a Problem
If you have a problem with your order do not return any products until you have Reported a Problem from your My Orders account page, and you have received a Claim Resolution or Return Authorization number.
Return Policy: Promotional Products
Each promotional product is decorated and customized with your artwork. Once that happens these products are considered your products and there are no return on products that are in production or have been shipped and/or delivered. We highly encourage requesting samples of products of products before you order to make sure that you are happy with the quality. If you have received your order and the products are defective or not as described, please file a quality control claim on your order and we can assist that way.
Return Policy: Decorated Apparel
Each decorated piece of apparel is customized with your artwork. Once that happens these products are considered your products and there are no return on products that are in production or have been shipped and/or delivered. We always recommend ordering blank/non-printed apparel to make sure that you are satisfied with the garment quality and sizes before ordering a full decorated order. If the wrong sizes were ordered on decorated apparel, the items are still not returnable. If you have received your order and the products are defective or not as described, please file a quality control claim on your order and we can assist that way.
Return Policy: Blank / Non-Printed Apparel
Blank apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase providing that the garment has not been washed, damages, or excessively worn or stretched. If the garments are not deemed non-returnable, a refund will not be given for these items and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back out to them.
ALL APPAREL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R/A#).
We will typically send you a label to place on your package for a return. To start a return contact customer service and we'll be able to get that started for you. Orders returned without an RA number or contacting us will not receive a refund, please reach out to us for help with returns.
Return Policy: Samples
Most samples are non-returnable and are yours to keep. There are exceptions where expensive samples may be returnable however this must be requested and approved before your sample order is placed. Otherwise samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Policy: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
This includes face masks, gloves, medial gowns, face shields, hand sanitizers, thermometers, and other PPE accessories that are sold blank or decorated. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and these products are not returnable.
Restocking Fees May Apply
Blank promotional items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase. However, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be incurred, and is dependent on individual items. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Returned Shipping Charges
If there is a claim on your order and the items need to be returned as a return of a bad production run caused by Executive Advertising or our manufacturing partners, we will cover the returned shipping, and typically the shipping charges to send you back out the correct product. If you do not have an approved claim, and you wish to return the items the returned shipping would be the responsibility of the customer. However, again please reach out to us before returning anything so that we can give you return shipping information.
