Once you place your order online you will receive a 5-digit order number and an emailed confirmation that your order has been received. Reference this order number when emailing or uploading your artwork.
If you have any problems with our upload feature, just attach your company logo or artwork to an email and send to this address. **Please make sure to reference your 5-Digit Order Number in the subject of the email.** You can also list any changes that you would like for us to make to your artwork, for example: "Add my phone number and website under the logo in Times Roman Bold Font."
Tell us your text during Checkout or Email
When you checkout online, there is a checkout question that says: "Type your Text (if applicable)" and then list 3 to 5 lines that you can add text. If you don't have a company logo, you can type everything that you would like printed here. You can also specify font types, font sizes, and any clip art request in the "Special Instructions" below that section.structions" below that section.
After your artwork has been received please allow 1-business day (M-F) for your artwork eproof to be emailed to you for approval. More on Artwork Eproofs.
Do I need to request an Artwork Eproof?

Change Your Font Type
Help make your artwork look even better by changing the font that your text is displayed in. You can view our standard font selection or you can email us the Open Type Font File (.otf) or the True Type Font (.ttf) file of the font type that you want. We already have all standard windows and adobe fonts on file, so as you are checking out you can just state the font that you would like in your special instructions when you check out.

Creating an account is quick and easy at Executive Advertising! After signing up, you may complete your profile in the "My Account" section. Here, you will have the ability to add Sales Tax Exemption Forms, add additional users, and add billing and shipping addresses.

Production times may vary depending on decoration methods, number of locations, and product type.
Production time do not include shipping transit times or artwork proofing times.
On each product page you can enter your shipping zip code and see how long it takes for your order to be produced and ship to your location.
Rush production options may also be available.
